I don't know how to do it. I might, but I am so protected (I am not sure this is the right word) that I don't know how to lower my defenses anymore.

Well, this is about liking someone and wanting to make it work.
I recently met a man that made me want to "make it work", but I don't know how.
Get me out of my routine bothers me, being careful with the other persons particularities gets me tired, trying to do the right thing...even worse. So I came to the conclusion that I am not supposed to make it work. I want companionship, fun, commitment, silence.
I am so done.
